As Mima Gıda, we produce our pistachios, one of the most important crops of Southeastern Anatolia, in a hygienic environment, after preliminary screening and cleaning processes, after peeling off the outer membrane and shell, carefully selecting our pistachios, after chopping them with cutting machines, and then vacuuming and packaging them in the safest packages with domestic machines, without additives and preservatives, without food gas. We make it ready for shipment.
