Our company’s allergen policy is to ensure allergen management throughout the company, covering raw materials, auxiliary materials and packaging materials in particular, as well as employees and visitors.
Under this policy, Antep pistachios are the only allergen present in the production and storage areas.
Current allergen declarations have been obtained from the suppliers of packaging and all other components.
Our employees and visitors have been informed about potential allergen risks they may introduce, and their awareness has been established.
This policy is adopted and implemented by all employees and managers of our company.
