Our History
Mima Tarım Ürünleri Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. is a nut and food manufacturer founded in 1994 and today operating as an affiliate of Aktif Holding. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience in the food industry, we aim to be a reliable production partner in both the domestic market and export markets.
Three Cities, Two Factories
Mima Tarım operates from office and factory sites in three major cities in Türkiye:
- Istanbul: Aktif Holding headquarters and management.
- İzmir / Kınık: Mima Tarım Kınık Factory — production of corn snacks, chips and protein/energy bars.
- Gaziantep / Nizip: Mima Tarım Nizip Factory — Antep pistachio processing and production.
Together, our two factories have more than 70,000 m² of production area.
Kınık: Snacks, Chips and Protein Bars
Our Kınık factory produces flavoured and cream-filled corn snacks, chickpea and protein chips, tortilla and pellet chips, and protein/energy bars customised to recipe. Alongside our own brands AMIGO, Sancez, Fross and Fun Chips, the site also carries out private label production such as Ülker Krispi Pops. The factory has a total annual production capacity of approximately 20,000 tonnes.
Nizip: Antep Pistachio Expertise
Located in Nizip, the centre of Antep pistachio production in Türkiye, our factory sits right next to its raw material, which brings supply chain efficiency and product freshness. Producing size-standardised Antep pistachios through roasting, sorting and size grading, the site has an annual capacity of 8,000 tonnes of processed Antep pistachio.

With our Mima Tarım-branded truck fleet and wide logistics network, we have strong operational capability in both the domestic market and exports.
