Our goal is to ensure that the Social Compliance Policy becomes a company culture within Mima Agriculture. Therefore, social compliance standards have been created and implemented. In addition to creating products and services, this policy commits to giving our employees all their rights arising from the standards within the framework of the law, complying with occupational health and safety rules, being environmentally conscious, and creating a workplace where employees have open and honest communication, respect and value.
